I am so not a real estate blogger… but I'm giving it a shot.

When I met with a friend to discuss ideas for my social media marketing plan, there were several things we agreed upon. This lead to good conversation and a mini brainstorming session over a delicious lunch at Los Reyes Restaurante in Vacaville.

However, the one thing I made clear to her was that I am NOT a blogger. I'm not. I'm not a blogger. It's just not me. I'm not your traditional realtor. I am not the glossy perfect head shot person (although photographer Donna Foreman did a great job at making me look good in my head shot...), I'm not sweet, I'm not perfect, I'm me and I made sure my lunch date understood that I was not going to put something "out there" that was pretentious.

My lunch date, however, had a different opinion. She really pushed for a blog and felt it would be the perfect way to share helpful advice on many things related to real estate and home buying. While I agreed on the subjects to share, I'm still not 100% sold on the idea. So… we compromised!  SHE agreed to create a simple blog for me and I agreed to give it a try, so here we go!
